Spicy fried chicken nuggets, it's very simple and I do it all the time.
9 oz chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces 3 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp ginger paste 1/2 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp yogurt 1 egg 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne
Marinate for an hour and fry in batches. It's absolutely delicious and works great with steamed rice.
